Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Operations, the Zone Manager is responsible for daily operations and execution of facilities related tasks ranging all aspects of building operations including steam, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and small projects. The Zone Manager provides technical oversight for building infrastructure to include equipment installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair. The role manages a team of union personnel working 24X7 including Lead Operating Engineers and Journeymen Skilled Trades.
