Job Overview: 

Total Turf Golf Services is looking to add the position of Construction Estimator to our team. Individual must be a Self-Starter with the desire and willingness to succeed. Individual should also have the ability to multitask, exhibit exceptional Time Management skills, and write analytically and effectively. Individual should also possess the ability to build and maintain Vendor Relations. Prior Construction Industry experience preferred, but not required. 

Job Description:

• Prepare Bid Submission for all projects to include:
• Attend Pre-Bid Meetings including Site Visits 
• Review and Understand all Project Specifications, Bid Documents and Construction Plans
• Complete Plan Take Offs to verify quantities
• Gather proposals for Materials, Sub Contractor, Equipment and other project items
• Compile Bid Information on Company Software 
• Prepare Project Bid Booklet
• Complete all Material Purchasing, Tracking and PO Processing
• Enter Job Budgets in Accounting Software
• Build and Maintain Vendor Relationships
• Ensure proper record keeping and files are kept for each project
• Assist Project Coordinator as time allows

• Minimum 3 years Experience as Construction Estimator
• Through understanding of Project Management
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Critical Thinker and Problem Solver
• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
• Ability to travel as needed
