THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently working with a general contractor in Allison Park, PA to identify an Office Assistant to join their busy team. This is a support role reporting to the Office Manager. In this role you will: • Answer phones • Process mail • Prepare quotations and bids • Process changes • Assist with preparing payroll • Prepare miscellaneous correspondence • Process agreements and purchase orders • Track job data • Copying, faxing, filing, etc. • Other duties as needed
This company offers a friendly and casual work environment and a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and a pay rate of $18/hr. with benefits upon hire.
YOU If you are professional, organized and: • Have office experience (construction helpful but not necessary) • Have good computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook) • Have excellent phone, communication, and organization skills • Can pass a pre-employment criminal background check
