The Company desires to hire a Director of Human Resources & Safety who is willing to contribute to the Team strategically and passionately.
This exciting role requires strong communication skills both written and verbal, formal and informal, internal and external. The ideal candidate must have the ability to develop and manage a diverse team, possess knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal employment and safety laws, as well as have the ability to design and write corporate documents such as company policies and procedures.
The role requires a demonstrated aptitude in employee relations, including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, talent development, and performance management. As well as demonstrated aptitude in benefits management and administration, compliance, salary administration, risk management and loss prevention and the ability to create and facilitate safety processes and procedures, and trainings.
Qualified Candidate’s Experience Includes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Safety Science Program, Business Administration, or a Related Field (preferred)
