Provide administrative support to the project management team to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Specifically, create, enter, maintain, and ensure accuracy for all documents associated with active construction projects. Update and maintain drawing logs for projects in construction software. Communicate with managers, peers and customers daily. Attend meetings as required and take accurate notes. Provide general clerical support when necessary to include typing, filing and maintaining files on the computer.
• Requires high school education. Continuing education and professional development are encouraged. • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in use of computer, data entry, and other office technologies. • Construction or similar industry knowledge is very beneficial. • Adhere to company policies and safety standards. Required to successfully complete all required safety training within one year of hire date. • Ability to coordinate, organize, schedule and prioritize tasks for self. • Ability to follow oral and written instructions • Advanced skill level with personal computer and Microsoft Office programs. • One to three years of administrative and general office experience.
